Jung 2023 Highlights

Tapi Diploma Engineering College had organized sports tournament JUNG – 2023 on date 31st March, 1st & 3rd   April 2023. It was inaugurated by S.T.B.S. trustee members. The inauguration of outdoor games like Cricket, Volleyball, Kabaddi was done by ribbon cutting and trophy unveiling by Vice President of trust Dr. Vajubhai G. Mavani, Hon. Secretory Shri. Hemantbhai J. Topiwala, Treasurer Shri Dineshbhai R. Navadiya, Trustee Shri Mukeshbhai Navadiya and Principal Dr. Y. S. Choupare on 31st March 2023 at 10:00 am in college campus with present of all staff members and all students.

The inauguration of indoor games like Chess, Carrom, Table tennis was done by ribbon cutting and trophy unveiling by president of trust Dr. Bankimbhai R. Thakar, General Manager Shri Babubhai V. Kotadiya and Principal Dr. Y. S. Choupare respectively on 31st March 2023 at 02:00 pm in college campus with present of all staff members and all students.

Jung 2022

Tapi Diploma Engineering College had organized sports tournament JUNG – 2022 on Date 09th, 10th & 11th March 2022. It was inaugurated by S.T.B.S. trustee member. Inauguration was done by ribbon cutting. All the games like Cricket, Volleyball, kabaddi, chess, carrom, table tennis open through ribbon cutting by vice president of trust Dr. Vajubhai Mavani, Treasurer Shri K. D. Vaghani, General manager Shri Babubhai Kotadiya and Principal Dr. Y. S. Choupare respectively on 09th March 2022 at 2:30 pm in college campus with present of all staff members and all students.

Jung 2020

Tapi College of diploma engineering had organized sports tournament JUNG – 2020 on date 30th, 31st January & 1st February 2020. It was inaugurated by S.T.B.S. trustee member. Inauguration was done by ribbon cutting. All the games like Cricket, Volleyball, kabbadi, chess, carrom, fun games open through ribbon cutting by trustee Dr. Kanubhai Mavani, Hon. Secretary Shri Hemantbhai Topiwala, and Principal Prof. Y. S. Choupare respectively on 30th February 2020 at 2:30 pm in college campus with present of all staff members and all students.

Jung 2019

S.T.B.S. College had organized sports tournament JUNG – 2019 on date 6th, 7th and 8th February 2019. It was inaugurated by president of S.T.B.S. trust Dr. Bamkimbhai R. Thakar, and Principal Prof. Y. S. Choupare on 6th February 2019 at 2:15 pm in college ground floor with staff members and students with Mashal.

Inauguration was done by reviling beautiful painting of jung-2019 and by ribbon cutting. It was done in two parts, one for indoor games which was inaugurated by President Dr. Bamkimbhai R. Thakar and second for outdoor games which was inaugurated by Principal Prof. Y. S. Choupare.

Jung 2018

S.T.B.S. College had organized sports tournament JUNG – 2018 on date 31st January, 1st, 2nd, 3rd February 2018. It was inaugurated by president of S.T.B.S. trust Dr. Bamkimbhai R. Thakar, and Principal Prof. Y. S. Choupare on 31st January 2018 at 2:15 pm in college ground floor with staff members and students with Mashal.

Volley Ball: Volley Ball was organized for boys and total 13 teams and 104 students were participated.

Cricket: Cricket was organized for only boys and there were 15 teams and 180 participants.

Kabaddi: Kabaddi was organized for only boys and there were 14 teams and 126 participants.

Table tennis: Table tennis was organized for girls & boys and there were 38 participants.

Chess: Chess was organized for girls & boys and there were 80 participants.

Carrom: Carrom was organized for girls & boys and there were 26 teams and 56 participants.

Fun Games

Musical chair was organized for girls & boys and there were 30 participants. Tug of war was organized for girls & boys and there were 40 participants. Fruit eating was organized for girls & boys and there were 26 participants. Kothla run was organized for girls & boys and there were 20 participants. Lemon spoon was organized for girls & boys and there were 28 participants.

Jung 2017

Students should give equal importance to sports to excel themselves in all their activities. Curriculum stops at the door-steps of the college, but the extra-curricular activities will continue to guide us all through our life. Sports teach various aspects like team work, getting along with others, working towards a common goal, with a spirit of competition. Education is stereotyped, whereas it is not so in sports. Sports help us control our temper, stress and treats both success and failure on an equal footing. Sports and games enable everyone to be a law-abiding individual and citizen. It nurtures a sense of discipline among the learners. He also informed that there are ups and downs in life and the sports and games teach us life skills.

S.T.B.S. college had organised sports tournament JUNG – 2017 for 04 days 21 to 25 January 2017.

Inauguration was started with Torch (Mashal) by trustee members. It includes the various games like running race, cricket, volley ball, Kabaddi, Table tennis, Chess, Carrom and Fun Game etc.

Volley Ball: Volley Ball was organized for boys and total 7 teams and 71 students were participated.

Cricket: Cricket was organized for only boys and there were 13 teams and 154 participants.

Kabaddi: Kabaddi was organized for only boys and there were 13 teams and 117 participants.

Table tennis: Table tennis was organized for girls & boys and there were 38 participants.

Chess: Chess was organized for girls & boys and there were 91 participants.

Carrom: Carrom was organized for girls & boys and there were 54 teams and 108 participants.

Jung 2015

Inauguration was started with Torch (Mashal) by trustee members and hand over to volleyball team members of GTU SPORTS SPIRIT – 2015. It includes the various games like running race, cricket, volley ball, Slow Bicycling, Vegetable Run and Fun Game etc.

Running Race: Running Race was organized for boys as well girls individually. Total 96 boys and 03 girls were participated in running race.

Slow Bicycling: Slow Bicycling is also organized for boys as well girls individually. Total 38 boys and 12 girls were participated.

Relay Race: Relay Race was organized for girls and total 12 girls participants took part.

Vegetable Run: Vegetable Run was also organized for girls only and total 13 girls were participated.

Volley Ball: Volley Ball was organized for boys and total 24 teams and 192 students were participated.

Cricket: Cricket was organized for only boys and there were 22 teams and 330 participants.
